Phytotherapy; herbal medicine is used in medicine. Herbal medicine has been used since ancient times. In phytotherapy, it gives warnings to certain parts of the body by using herbal medicines. It is aimed to improve and strengthen the problematic points in the body by making use of the holistic effects of the compounds found in plants. Phytotherapy aims to improve general health, prevent diseases and strengthen them. Due to its use for delaying aging, it is increasing day by day in both Asian and western countries.

How to apply phytotherapy;

  • Fresh juice of the plant or consumption directly as a nutrient
  • Topical application of the plant in cream, lotion, ointment, or any other form
  • Consumption of extracts obtained from plants by making tea or dissolved in water
  • Taking the plant in the form of oral medication or extracts
  • Applying the oils obtained from the plant superficially by massage or holding.
  • Mixing more than one plant and taking it into the body in various forms in the form of a mixture
